Yes, you can. Using your old phone, save all the information on your memory card. As you use that same memory card on your new phone, you will have all the information on it accessible. 

To transfer your contacts, make sure to save or import them from your old phone to your sim card. Once you insert your sim card to your new phone, it will have your contact information readily available for you.

Yes, predictive text is automatically enabled. To turn off the predictive text function when typing a message, press the # button and select Abc.

This phone uses an old texting technique. To do that, press Menu > Message > Write Message.

For example, to get the letter "C", press the button "2" thrice. It has predictive text that you can turn off by pressing the # button and selecting "Abc" format instead. 

Simply open the flip to answer the call and close the flip to end the call. 

 

To call when the number is unsaved in contacts, simply dial out the numbers then press the green call button. 

To call when the number is saved in contacts, press contacts, select or search for the name/number you wish to call then press the green call button. 

Yes, it does. During a call, there's an option to go hands-free.  

Steps to extend the ring time varies on what provider you are currently using. Please check the step by step process here: Extend the ringing time.

From the home screen, press the green call button then it will show the missed calls, dialed numbers, received calls, rejected calls and all call logs.   

You can assign a contact number to a number from 2-9. Next time you call, you can long press that number where the contact is saved and it will dial out that contact.  

Please follow the below steps to set-up the speed dial feature:

1.Press Menu then select Speed Dial then press ok. 

2.Select number you wish to save contact to, then press options. 

3. Press Edit then add the phone number then press ok to save. 

Long press the number from 2-9 for about 10 seconds and it will dial out that contact. It is important to press the number where you added the contact when setting it up. 

The SOS feature lets you add a total of 5 emergency contact numbers on it. Upon pressing the SOS button, it will auto call the numbers saved until someone picks up. It will also send them a text message. 

Yes, you can turn it off by going to SOS Settings, select SOS Turn On/Off and then press ok from the keypad to remove the check on it. Removing the check means turning it off. 

Yes, you can personalize it by going to SOS Settings, select SOS Message then press select. Modify the message and press ok to save.

 

No, it doesn't. The phone has no GPS tracking feature on it. 

Yes, it does have a 0.3MP rear camera. 

 

Absolutely! You can send and receive photos via MMS/text or bluetooth. It has a single 0.3MP back camera.  It can take pictures and videos too.

Yes, it does have daylight savings option. To set it up, Press MENU > Select Daylight Saving Time > Press left/right arrow to toggle between countries you are in > Press OK to save > Press MENU to exit.  

Press MENU > Select Volume > Press arrow left or right to select your desired volume (10 being the highest setting and 1 being the lowest setting).  

You can program the reminders into the clock using the back of the clock or the remote control to select from the list of reminder messages and the desired date, time and repeat schedule.

Using the remote control, to set a reminder/alarm, press MENU > Select Alarm Status > press OK one of the 12 groups of alarms > press UP or DOWN to edit the Time, Date, Repeat, Tag settings for that alarm > Press MENU to exit.

Unfortunately, you can not personalise the reminders. However, we made sure that all important reminders are added.

Yes, the clock can be set to either 12 hours format showing AM or PM or 24 hours showing military time. To do this, plese follow below steps:

Using the button at the back of the clock: Press MENU > Select Time Mode > press the left or right arrow to switch to 12 Hour or 24 Hour > Press MENU to exit.  

Using the remote: Press EXIT/SETUP > Select Time Mode > press the left or right arrow to switch to 12 Hour or 24 Hour >  Press EXIT/SETUP.

Please press the arrow left/right button in the remote control to change between the different clock displays. You have three options like in the picture: digital in colour, digital in black and white and analog in black and white. View the different displays.

Yes, it can either display the time in Digital/numbers or Analog/clock display.

The clock automatically dim it's brightness during night time. To set that up, press MENU > Select Automatic brightness > press OK to switch to AUTO > Press MENU to exit. 

Normal brightness starts from 7:00am to 6:59pm, screen dimmed to low brightness from 7:00pm to 6:59am. 

Press MENU > Select Screen Brightness > press OK to switch to one of the six modes (auto, level1 being the lowest setting level2, level3, level4, level5 being the highest setting) you prefer > Press MENU to exit. 

We have developed an extra low brightness level designed for the bedroom and also has automatic night time dimming.  

You need to enter the sim ICCID number, a 13 digit number located at the back on the sim, your name, physical address and payment information for direct debit purposes.

Yes, you can! We'll send you a blank sim card that you need to activate.  Simply select porting your existing number across. You need to enter your mobile number, current account number for postpaid service only, existing carrier and your date of birth and we'll process it for you. 

There's an option for you to block international calls and international roaming during sim activation. In case you realize it late, please reach out to us via email on contact@simplybig.com.au and we’ll be happy to process that for you. 

It will be on top of your plan, however, you can add Unlimited Calls to international numbers in for only $19/month. The following countries are included: China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Vietnam.

 

Our mobile phones don't generally use the internet as there is no browser and/or apps on it. However, it does come with 5GB of data. Customers receive notifications at 50%, 80%, and 100% of their data usage.

If you exceed this then you’ll be charged for $11 per top up of 2GB and you’ll be notified once it has been enabled. You can top up for a maximum of 5 times within a billing cycle. Once that’s been exhausted, it will be restricted until the next billing cycle. This prevents any unexpected bill shock from occurring, by receiving notifications and limiting any excess charges. 

It will directly debited from your nominated account. Upon doing sim activation, you will be prompted to key in your direct debit details. You will still receive your monthly bill but it will be directly debited from your account on the due date on your invoice. 

Yes, absolutely! Upon filling out the sim activation form, you can just nominate the account where you want the payment to be directly debited from.

We send out bills every month so you have a records of your usage was and how much will be charged. Rest assured that the amount will be directly debited on the due date showing on your bill. 

Yes, you can but you still need to set-up for direct debit. You can pay through BPAY before the due date using the biller code and reference account number on your invoice. That way, the amount will no longer be directly debited from your  account on the due date.  

You can cancel anytime. Just send us an email to cancel your service and we will cancel it within 1 business day. If you wish to keep the same number, it is recommended that you have already ported your phone number to another provider if still required as canceling your account will deactivate your mobile number. 

Yes, absolutely. You can keep the plan and take advantage of the unlimited calls and SMS even after you return the phone. Please keep in mind that you will regularly be billed for it should you keep the plan active.

The torch has 2 switches, the slide button at the side of the phone and the keypad 0. To turn the torch off, please press the "0" from your keypad for about 10 seconds until the torch comes off.
