"This is my second Big Button 4G phone and I am very happy with it. I also found the the staff at Big Button to be very helpful. Certainly recommend this phone to anybody that doesn't want a phone with all the smart technology."

"Great phone, Dad can answer where he struggles with smart phones. Tested SOS function works well. Not sure how to make him take it with him when he goes out now haha. All in all perfect for older people that can't use the smart phones, parents were upgraded with 3G shut down and have struggled with touchscreens, especially with sight difficulties. Thanks."

"My 91 year old mum uses one and she manages it easily even though she has limited sight. There was an issue with the charger and we were given a free replacement phone which arrived within a few days. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend."

"I bought this phone for my brother, who has dementia and could no longer use his smart phone. The size and comfort in the hand, plus the big buttons and the ability to set up speed dial for myself and my eldest son has meant that he can now phone us if he wants to and we can call him also. It's a win-win situation. Thank you Big Buttons for making this simple phone."
