I noted in a FaceBook
"I noted in a FaceBook post of Big Buttons, mentioning that my new phone's battery was only lasting 2 or 3 days on mainly standby, a few messages, and 1 call. . Big Buttons responded by sending me a replacement battery, without me even expecting one, or intimating that i was after one!. . Very pleased with the new battery, lasting now a week without charging, and moderate use of phone!. . Big Buttons, a great company, with customer first policy, and actions!. . Thanks to them for great service. . Cheers"
