"Purchased this nice simple phone for mum to use in Residential Aged Care. Mum can't see very well, but she can use these buttons with pre set phone numbers. Mum has never had a mobile so the desk phone with SIM is perfect. It has connected mum with friends and it means I can also call whenever I want to. If she moves rooms, she can carry the phone with her. We are very happy with this phone."

"I bought this phone for my 100 year old mother who has recently gone into aged care. It is primarily so the family can phone her directly. It is simple and familiar in design to the landline she was accustomed to. The ring is loud, she can hear it clearly as well as the caller’s voice (despite her poor hearing). It has many features which she probably won’t use. It is still a challenge to get her to accept something new but I am confident this is the best phone we could have got for her circumstances. The customer service has been excellent. There was a problem which was quickly and satisfactorily resolved with a few phone calls. So good (and sadly becoming unusual) to get through to help when needed."
