"Very convenient for getting single cups of tea etc. It is great that there is no waiting for a cuppa. The maximum temperature (boiling) is not as hot as a kettle, but as I have my tea black so it's not a big issue for me. There was a bit of a funny taste at first but that seems to have gone now."

"We are very happy with the purchase. The water flow is pretty fast. We drink warm water and this is fantastic as we can lower the temperature settings to suit our needs. No more lifting the kettle to pour or constantly refilling it. Turn around time from the company with minor issue was 5 star as well. Thanks."

"We love the magical little machine. Takes up little bench space & has the capacity to hold a a large amount of water in comparison to a kettle. A well recommended little wonder appliance. "This is a great machine and I really enjoy the instant hot water. Much better than standing around waiting for the kettle to boil plus it's shape sits better on the countertop. I have the heat on high and find it is nice to drink at that temperature but sometimes I like to let it sit and would appreciate an extra hot setting be available. I do not regret my purchase."
